Style: Session IPA
The name was inspired by both the electric self-starter invented by Daytonian Charles Kettering in 1911 and by definition: a person who is able to work or play without needing a lot of help or instruction. This session IPA has citrus/fruity aromas and flavors from the Amarillo hops that were added during the boil and dry hopped at the end of fermentation.
